1. Listen

You’ll be briefing either Marie Young, client custodian, or Simon Young, creative instigator.

Our approach to briefing means we’ll get from you exactly the information we need to do a great job on your copy. We work with you to uncover the job specs, and the strategic goals behind them.

2. Clarify

We work to really understand what you want. If there are better ways to achieve your goals, we’ll share them with you.

Then we’ll give you a Project Confirmation, which details:

• what you want us to do
• who’s doing what
• why - tying the job back to your overall strategic goals
• when it’s needed by - including project management milestones if necessary
• how much it’ll cost - no surprises

You’ll be able to approve or amend this document until we’re - literally - all on the same page.

3. Connect

We find the best writer for the job - the writer whose skills, experience and passion meets your project.

In most cases, you’ll work directly with the writer assigned to your job.

Client custodian Marie Young will be available to oversee and manage the whole process from start to finish, ensuring the only surprises are good ones.
